Final hiring decisions remain solely with Employers.

Employers are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with employment, labor, and data protection laws
• Lawful use of candidate data
• Fair and non-discriminatory hiring practices
• Obtaining candidate consent where required

Mango Hire acts only as a technology provider.

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Pricing, billing cycles, and plans are displayed on the website or checkout page
• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We may modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

All platform software, design, logos, trademarks, and systems are owned by Mango Hire.

You retain ownership of your uploaded Content.

By using the Service, you grant Mango Hire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Content solely for:
